Are there any hidden fees or charges?
At CineScapes Locations, transparency is a core value. We ensure there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. All costs are clearly outlined in our contract and discussed upfront before any work commences. Should unforeseen circumstances arise requiring additional expense (e.g., extended hours, unexpected location modifications), these will be communicated promptly and require your explicit approval before being implemented. What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and considers the investment made in securing a location and preparing it for your shoot. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled shoot date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total contract value. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled shoot date are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the total contract value. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled shoot date are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total contract value. These fees compensate the location owner and CineScapes for the time and resources expended in anticipation of your shoot. Weather-related cancellations or postponements can often be negotiated depending on the individual location’s policy and weather insurance provisions.
